Elle a aussi entra\u00een\u00e9 son lot de reports de projets et de lancements de nouveaux v\u00e9hicules, bref, elle a tout chamboul\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Heureusement, on assiste tranquillement \u00e0 un retour \u00e0 la normale et les bonnes nouvelles commencent \u00e0 nous revenir. R\u00e9cemment, c\u2019en est une en provenance de Ford qui a retenu notre attention, plus particuli\u00e8rement en ce qui a trait aux performances de la version hybride enfichable du VUS Escape.<\/p>\n<p>Avant de tout vous d\u00e9voiler, un peu de contexte.<\/p>\n<h2>Une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de Ford Escape<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, Ford pr\u00e9sentait la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.ford.ca\/suvs-crossovers\/escape\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">son mod\u00e8le Escape<\/a>. Ce dernier est l\u2019un des plus populaires de la firme \u00e0 l\u2019ovale bleu\u2009; on ne pouvait pas rater le bateau en le renouvelant. Au moment des premiers essais du mod\u00e8le, seules les deux premi\u00e8res avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 mises \u00e0 la disposition de la presse \u00e9crite. La version pourvue d\u2019un cordon, c\u2019\u00e9tait pour le printemps de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 ce moment, une question \u00e9tait sur toutes les l\u00e8vres\u00a0: quelle allait \u00eatre l\u2019autonomie \u00e9lectrique propos\u00e9e par le nouveau venu\u2009? Ford ne voulait pas trop confirmer quoi que ce soit, mais le chiffre de 48\u00a0kilom\u00e8tres avait \u00e9t\u00e9 avanc\u00e9. C\u2019est pas mal, et certainement mieux que ce que propose le Mitsubishi Outlander et ses 35\u00a0kilom\u00e8tres, mais \u00e7a demeurait en retrait du grand rival pr\u00e9vu de l\u2019Escape, le Toyota RAV4 Prime qui doit aussi faire ses d\u00e9buts au cours des prochaines semaines\/mois. Ce dernier promet une libert\u00e9 de 62\u00a0kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>En coulisse, Ford a certainement redoubl\u00e9 d\u2019ardeur, car elle nous a annonc\u00e9 cette semaine les capacit\u00e9s officielles de son Escape hybride enfichable et elles sont plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es que ce qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 initialement pr\u00e9vu. Si bien que c\u2019est une autonomie de 60 kilom\u00e8tres qui nous est d\u00e9voil\u00e9e par Ford. Le mod\u00e8le va profiter d\u2019un moteur 4-cylindres de 2,5 litres. Lequel se trouve associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un bloc de batteries de 14,4 kWh. Au total, la puissance livr\u00e9e est de 221 chevaux, ce qui est amplement pour ce type de v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>Surtout, avec le surplus \u00e9lectrique autoris\u00e9, la majorit\u00e9 des d\u00e9placements avec pourront se faire sans l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une seule goutte de carburant\u2009; les 60 kilom\u00e8tres repr\u00e9sentent plus que la moyenne de ce que les gens parcourent sur une base quotidienne.<\/p>\n<p>Quant \u00e0 la recharge, elle pourrait \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e en 3,5\u00a0heures seulement<a href=\"https:\/\/archives.beqtechnology.com\/en\/charging-stations\/\"> avec une borne de niveau\u00a02<\/a>.
